Hi Melissa! Great blog on Supplements. Being in gyms all my life I have seen many people take supplements for many reasons. Pre-workout, post-workout, protein drinks, energy drinks, fat burners, individual minerals and vitamins, etc. What scares me most are the vitamin stores that are pushing these items. I call them legalized drug pushers. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR REAL FOOD! Although there is a time a place for them, they shouldn't be relied on for our daily requirements. Knowledge is everything but good clean food is all we need. Thanks for listening.
