I am happy to provide Personal Training Sessions in the comfort and privacy of your home.  I am also currently affiliated with several fitness centers on the South Shore and Upper Cape Cod.  Cardiovascular and Strength Training, Gentle Yoga and Flexibility, and Fitness Assessments available.

EXERCISE REMINDER

Don't Forget to Stretch

Proper stretching enhances flexibility, helps prevent injury, and can even improve future training sessions.  Try to incorporate 5-10 minutes of stretching at least 3 times a week into your fitness program.  Remember to do a quick 3-5 minute warm-up before you begin.
